Shipping Information

FREE DELIVERY anywhere in the world for orders over $400

Within Australia

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days of order placement, and normally take 2-5 business days for delivery thereafter.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.  Please email us if you require tracking details.

All delivery costs are calculated at the checkout based on current Australia Post rates for the weight of the order and its destination.

International

Orders sent outside Australia are shipped using Australia Post Air Mail, typically taking 3-10 business days. Visit the Australia Post website to ascertain timing to your country.

International buyers
Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Returns

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
